AV Production is a wonderful class that teaches video editing and other cool editing skills.

“The class teaches a lot of skills that the normal student doesn’t learn,” sophomore Elliot Swihart said.

The class is known to be a lot of fun and teach some good life skills.

“I love that Coach Stewart allows us to be creative with our work and have freedom with our projects,” sophomore Jacob Edwards said.

The AV class has a new face as their teacher, and that is Coach Richard Stewart.

“The class looked fun and it looked like I could use my creativity to its best ability,” sophomore Chance Boga said.

The AV Production class specializes in the show James Lawson News Network (JLNN), which is a show that lets students and staff know what’s going on in and around Lawson High School

“I like the fact I have an interested group of young people who are talented, motivated and want to learn more about the show,” said Coach Stewart.

The class is in the process of getting Adobe certified which they can use for careers in the future.

‘I’m excited to see where this class can go, and I’m excited to see how talented these students truly are,’ said Coach Stewart.
